Hakuna Matata. You know what it means. The work week may begin tomorrow, but today is your time to rest. For the past couple of months, I've woken up up around 4:30am to start work on my business. This weekend, however, I decided not to set my alarm because it's my time to rest. I know I've said this before, but proper rest is crucially important to get ahead. So if you feel weary, rest. If you feel wary, rest. And if you feel worried, rest.
Weariness happens when we exhaust ourselves by going pass our limitations. It's great to push ourselves to be better, but not to the point where we burnout.
Being too wary of things can make you seem on edge. Taking caution is good, but too much of it will leave you stuck without direction. Breathe deep and breathe out the wariness.
Being too worried can make you seem paranoid. What if I don't meet this deadline? What happens if I can't make enough money? What if this business fails? Here's the answer: chill out first. Once you clear your head, you won't find an answer. You'll make an answer.
If you're experiencing any of these things, then rest today and clear your head. And tomorrow, you'll know exactly what to do.
