Completing my business plan yesterday was one of the hardest things to write since my high school days in AP lit. There's something encouraging about writing your plans and goals down. Like a breath of fresh air in the mountains, writing things down provides clarity.
I admit, starting a business seemed like a long shot. Ideas just floated around in my head and I had nothing practical to keep me grounded. I can see now why business plans are so crucial to start a business. My take away from all of this: business plans make everything seem possible.
If you don't write your plans down, they're just wishes.
