There is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither.
— Alan Cohen

The first 30 days of starting my business has been a huge learning experience for me. The next 30 days, however, will be a time of application. Soon I'll be executing my marketing plan to spark attention and attract clients. It's going to be tough because it will demand more of my time, so I'll have to figure out how to time manage that properly. But for now, I'm going to breathe and clear my mind this weekend, spending good quality time with my wife.

Rest is so vital to productivity and prevents you from burning out. Rest revitalizes your spirit and energizes your body. Rest is healthy lifestyle that everybody should hold dear. Don't let the world cause you to suffocate with worry. All you need is to find rest.
