Sometimes, it doesn't feel like there's enough hours in the day. At least that's the way I've been feeling for the past couple of days. But a good friend reminded me that taking it slow is the best way to start a business. He said that if you don't take your time, you'll overlook important steps that will hurt your business in the long run. Great advice. I admit, it's sometimes hard to see my friends accomplish goals faster than me. It's in my competitive nature to accomplish things first and accomplish them faster. The problem with that is time - I tend to rush things.
The interesting thing about time is that it's steadily paced. It doesn't rush and doesn't slow down. It's perfectly balanced. There's no need to compare myself to other entrepreneurs and rush to beat them. I need to find my own pace and stick with it. I've already made a calendar of goals and checklists to achieve them. I just need to follow it. Life is meant to be enjoyed and not rushed.
So find your own pace, and stick with it.
