There's a lot of physical implications when you're dealing with stress. For me, I've felt a lot of tension in my upper back and neck area. It's one thing to deal with stress mentally, but there are a lot of practical ways to deal with stress as well. One of those practical ways is to get a massage.
If you're like me, I don't like being touched. For years, my wife tried to convince me to get a massage. But after the events of the past few weeks, I'm actually desperate for one. Today, I'll be getting a massage as well as spend the weekend not thinking about work. This weekend is my time to relax, spend time with family & friends, and rejuvenate myself for the week ahead.
